Diffuse alveolar hemorrhage

I have one quibble with this otherwise excellent review in Chest. The authors decry eponyms as not being descriptive of pathology but preserve what may be the most inappropriate eponym in the history of medicine. Thus Wegener's Granulomatosis becomes ANCA-associated granulomatous vasculitis while anti-GBM disease is still referred to as Goodpasture syndrome.

What's so inappropriate about Goodpasture syndrome?
